The container is considered full when material is even with the top. The customer is responsible for container damage, when it is on site. A. Viera Disposal, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage to walks, lawns, or other property when asked to drive off public property. Any hazardous waste found in this container will be handled, trucked, and disposed of at a licensed facility. The customer will be billed for any additional cost incurred.

and will incur an additional charge:
